Policies & Settings (For Website/Acuity)
- Cancellation: 24-hour notice required for all sessions (Late cancellations are forfeited).
- Term Pass Rules: Non-refundable. Max 2 makeup sessions allowed within the same term (no carry-over).
- Intro Package Expiry: 4 weeks from the date of the first session.
- On-site Parking: Please highlight as a key feature of the studio.
- Duration: All sessions are 50 minutes.
